BuildBlock Insulating Concrete Formsare constructed of two panels of EPS foam with plastic ties to hold them rigidly spaced apart. These blocks are then stacked up, much in the fashion of Lego’s, and are filled with concrete. The result is a very, very energy efficient and sound proof structure. Structurally, the finished result is a concrete building insulated with two layers of foam. This foam is then covered with siding, stucco, or any other common exterior finish. Drywall and standard finish materials complete the interior.
